A PDF version of this tutorial, containing diagrams instead of photos, is available in my Craftsy store: Courthouse Steps PDF Pattern (Craftsy)
This tutorial and free PDF pattern are made possible thanks to the sponsorship of the fabulous team over at The Oz Material Girls.
The Courthouse Steps block is one of the quickest and easiest blocks to sew. there are no difficult curves, no working on the bias, there aren't even any seams to match!!! What more could you ask for?
The following tutorial is for a finished block size of 7 1/2''. The PDF version also contains instructions for 10'' and 12 1/2'' blocks.
