Today I decided to have a little fun with the leftovers from the cushion I made. I really love this pattern so I hated the thought of it just sitting in my stash, never to be seen again. I didn't particularly want another cushion so I did what any sane person would do...I framed it.

I love the buttons! Did you glue them to a backing, or just squash them between the glass and the backing?
ReplyDeleteThanks :) For this one I just squished the buttons in. I covered the glass in one layer of buttons, picking out any that were too large. I then put the back on, stood it upright and gave it a bit of a tap so they would fall into place. I think gluing them by colour would look really good too.
